Mr. Yahye Abdalle Jama is a distinguished academic leader and seasoned research administrator with a strong background in education, research management, and editorial leadership. Currently pursuing his PhD in Education at UNICAF University, he holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) from the Royal University of Dhaka, Bangladesh, as well as a Master of International Human Resource Management from UIU. In addition, he earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Melbourne Metropolitan College. In his role as Executive Director and Editor-in-Chief at the Citycot Institute for Applied Research and Innovation (CIARI), Mr. Jama oversees research leadership, quality assurance, editorial governance, partnership engagement, and the strategic dissemination of research outputs. As Deputy Vice Chancellor at Citycot University, he contributes to institutional governance and academic excellence. Mr. Jama is co-author of several peer-reviewed studies focused on the telecommunications industry, leadership, and community engagement within Somalia’s development context. His research demonstrates a commitment to applied scholarship and policy impact, furthering the advancement of education and development in the region.
